My goal is to make the workplace and the world a kinder place, where everyone truly feels as though they belong. As Co-CEO at Inclusion Geeks, I co-lead a company that provides holistic solutions for creating a more inclusive work culture. With the help of an incredible team, I have built a community of tech and tech-adjacent women+, and offered solutions for companies on diversity, equity, and inclusion. I run tech, operations, HR, and finance, and work closely with my business partner on strategy and corporate programming. I have a strong background in operations, web development, and management, having managed websites and teams for various organizations, including Primedia and the World Health Organization. In 2018, I completed my Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and I continue to learn and grow every day. We've got a lot of work to do. Let's make the world a better place together!
