The Leading DEI Conversations Program is designed for those who will act as facilitators within their company or organization on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will attend four (2-hour) training sessions in order to gain support and tools when navigating conversations related to identity, privilege, power, and change. We’ll cover topics related to the art of facilitating group discussions, foundations of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ways to both navigate and process information as an individual and as a facilitator in the workplace.
You will be able to practice facilitation skills in a safe and welcoming space, so that you can feel confident in your ability to hold space for others who will be coming from a wide range of backgrounds, understanding, and experience. This program is broken into four two-hour virtual sessions and will include homework, assessments, and a toolkit filled with information participants will be able to refer to when leading these critical conversations.
The DEI Team Action Program is designed to support DEI teams that are ready to make meaningful change within their organization. During these four (2-hour) sessions, we'll teach you how to have practical and impactful conversations on DEI topics, how to be an effective ally, and best practices when launching and sustaining DEI initiatives (especially when it’s not your full time job!). By the end of the program, you'll come away with a DEI action plan that you can use in the short and long term.
The ERG Action Program will support your organization's ERG leaders and supporters. During these four (2-hour) sessions, you will learn how to be an effective ally, and will learn best practices when launching and sustaining ERG initiatives beyond events (when it’s not your full time job!). By the end of the program, you'll have a unique ERG playbook that will set you up for making lasting change within your organization.
