In an era where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging have become pivotal in every industry, the tech sector faces challenges in achieving gender parity. Here at Inclusion Geeks, we’re actively working to change this narrative. As part of our commitment to empowering women+ in tech, we’ve launched our online job board to bridge the connections between our trusted corporate partners and our community of fabulous women+ in and around tech. We’re so excited to share more about why we did this!
One of the best parts of our work here at Inclusion Geeks is partnering with companies focused on making their workplace more inclusive. While no company is perfect, we love hearing from our partners and clients who dig deep to create practices and cultures where all employees can grow, learn, and excel. Our partners recognize the immense value women+ bring to the workplace and are eager to tap into this talent pool. By curating our online job board, we’re empowering our corporate partners to reach out to a diverse talent pool of badass women+ in tech to help address gender imbalance while providing a platform for our community members to showcase their skills, experience, and expertise.
Our bread and butter is supporting women+ in tech and tech-adjacent industries. We connect people who are new in their careers and looking for mentorship and guidance and support those who are looking for inspiration and networking to get to the next level. We pride ourselves on being a vibrant community that brings women and non-binary individuals and their allies a chance to connect, learn, and thrive.
By launching our online job board, we’re extending our commitment to supporting our community members by providing them with direct access to employment opportunities with great companies.

If you’re a company or recruiter looking to post your jobs, visit https://www.shegeeksout.com/login/ and choose the best plan for your needs and budget. We offer two plans at the moment: a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. Both plans provide job postings on our online job board and in our monthly newsletter, which reaches over 13,000 people. Once your profile is approved and payment is accepted, you’ll have access to the job listing page of your account and will be able to process your job listings for approval. Approval for job listings takes anywhere from one to two business days. Upon approval, your listing will be public for our community to see!
