The Train the Trainer program is designed for those who will act as facilitators within their company or organization on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This program provides support and tools when navigating conversations related to identity, privilege, power, and change. We’ll cover topics related to the art of facilitating group discussions, foundations of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ways to both navigate and process information as an individual and as a facilitator in the workplace. You’ll practice facilitation skills in a safe and welcoming space, so that you can feel confident in your ability to hold space for others who will be coming from a wide range of backgrounds, understanding, and experience. This program includes homework, assessments, and a toolkit filled with information participants will be able to refer to when leading these critical conversations.
By the end of this program you will be able to:
Address and facilitate difficult conversations regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion
Have an increased awareness of how identity, privilege, and difference impact how we’re perceived and how others perceive us
Know how to create and hold space for colleagues (including yourself) in the workplace and beyond
We would love to learn more about you and your needs regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training. Please complete the form below (it should take 3 minutes or less) and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.
